立下決心

本怪獸為了有美好的身材迎至愛的夏日,決定要好好地減肥,希望能消去肚腩和大脾多餘的肥肉。減肥大作戰計劃如下:

-每天帶飯上工,減少平日外出食飯
-使用較小的飯盒,食多些菜
-星期六日都外出,以免在家閒睡
-儘量回家吃飯,以減少油脂積聚
-有下午茶食都要淨飲野,唔准食野

暫時都未想到更多計劃之詳情了……

有一位同事教我,食野前先食幾粒蕃茄仔才食飯,會有效keep fit,我相信ga..但我很懶,所以沒有跟住做 XDDDDD

今天午飯時,同事們都問我夠不夠吃,我便說不夠吃,他們說慢慢便慣了。如果我正常地吃飯也瘦不下來,看來要吃生果作午餐了。

今天是第一天用細飯盒上班,看來成效麻麻地,因我吃不飽,飯後飲左杯朱奶,回家後吃了兩碗白飯卻吃不飽。

u know, it's hard to lose weight ga.... basically ur plan looks great, but i think u need some exercise....... may be walk stairs???? o.. btw, for the afternoon tea...don't drink things that contains sugar ar.... may be plain green tea is good....[but if ur body is 'leung dai'(according to chinese medicine), then don't drink too much ar... coz green tea ho leung, wui make ppl dizzy...]

haven't talked to u for a long time la...... miss ya~
